Cleo asks before it answers

The title is not enough to pick one code. These facts split the candidates:

  1. Is the garment knitted or crocheted (chapter 61) or woven (chapter 62)?

Chapters 61 and 62 split on knitted vs woven fabric.

  2. What is the fibre composition by weight (e.g. cotton 60%, polyester 40%)?

Subheadings split on the predominant fibre (cotton, synthetic, wool, other).

  3. Is it for men or boys, for women or girls, or for babies?

Headings 6103/6104, 6105/6106, 6107/6108 split by wearer (men or boys vs women or girls); heading 6111 covers babies' garments.
